Order Processing

We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days. In some cases, processing may take longer due to payment verification, incomplete shipping details, or high seasonal demand. If there is an issue with your order, we will contact you before proceeding.

Shipping Time

Our standard shipping time to the United Kingdom is generally 8-12 business days. Factors beyond our control—such as weather conditions, bank holidays, and carrier disruptions—may occasionally affect delivery schedules. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@britannialane.com.

Shipping Carrier

Orders are fulfilled and delivered by Royal Mail,  DPD or EVRI. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier schedules and your location within the United Kingdom.

Customs and Duties

As we fulfil orders from international partners, shipments to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs inspection. Most standard parcels under £135 are not charged additional duty. However, customers are responsible for any customs taxes or duties that may be imposed. Britannia Lane cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the customs clearance process. The release timing of your package is solely at the discretion of the customs authorities.

Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email. Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellation as orders are swiftly forwarded to our fulfilment partners. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and you will need to initiate a return instead.
